This start up has some big goals which start with a marketing site that was easy for the non-technical founders to update.

Some alternatives to Wordpress were considered, but it was felt the huge plugin library would enable the required functionality to be implemented more rapidly and reduce development costs. Additionally, the Wordpress CMS makes it easy for non-technical users to update content.

The client had several requirements beyond a standard theme that required researching the available plugins and choosing the most appropriate before adding them to the site.

I'm not normally a huge fan of Wordpress, but enjoyed this project and would definitely now consider it for similar requirements in the future.
