FlowinglyMar 2016 - April 2017
Flowingly is a small Auckland start up creating a SaaS workflow management product.
I was hired as a full stack .NET developer with a passion for the front end and was involved in all parts of the development process.
I was the go to guy for AngularJS and helped improve the teams Angular knowledge in addition to implementing some front end dev ops. I also promoted best practices around Agile, SCRUM, testing and documentation.
One of my first tasks was to assist in converting the application from jQuery / .NET MVC to AngularJS / .NET WebApi. I was entirely responsible for the front end conversion, the majority of which was completed in under two weeks.
With that work complete I contributed to addition of new features and developed and documented many custom, reusable components.
I also developed an AngularJS wrapper for GoJS to allow for interactive workflow process modelling using the GoJS Framework.
I left my full time position in April 2017 in order to travel but have since completed further work remotely when an extra pair of hands has been required.
- AngularJS 1.5
- .NET Web API
- Entity Framework
- .NET MVC
Rich was an important part of our business and was a professional team player with a strong work ethic. Rich played a key part in driving improvements in our development practices and his experience and front end skills will be missed!
