A start-up I founded with a friend to provide Software for landlords to self manage their rental properties.
Essentially the same as https://www.myrent.co.nz; which shows we were on to something...
It was my friends idea; he was responsible for marketing / sourcing investment. I was responsible for all development.
We had a fully featured demo site built, and were seeking investment to work on it full time and get the site ready for public release. The investment did not come and we abandoned the project.
In hindsight we should have released a smaller MVP first and got some users.
My first time developing and deploying a SASS application solo.
